General Terms and Conditions

0) From now on “Author” and “Magazine" shall be termed as “The Creator or sender of the Entry” and “ALEEKPATA.COM”, respectively, for the rest of this article.

1)  The creations must be original ^# and unique* and should not violet any copyright laws whatsoever, if it happens then the responsibility will be borne solely by the Author, the Magazine cannot in any way be held responsible.

# By Original it is meant that the creation(s) is created by the Author Himself  or Herself

* By Unique it is meant that the creation(s) and or any part of it  has never been and will never be published in any other Media- except with the written permission of  the publisher of Aleek Pata and or  Aleek publishers. 

2) The Magazine is free to select or reject any entry without prior notice to the Author; no communication shall be entertained in this matter.

3) The Author is free to share the link of his/her own creation or any other page of the Magazine   on “AS IT IS” basis (without any editing or tampering to the page) to his/her social network and other media except for any personal or financial gain of the Author whatsoever.

4) The Author should be refrained from sending anything which is motivated Religiously, Politically, Communally, Personally etc.

5) The Author should be abstaining from forwarding and or advertising any other Web Page, Site, Blog, Company, Organization etc.- in this Magazine.

6) The creation should in any way not defame and or hurt the feelings of any Religion, Community and or any Person living or dead, the Magazine shall not share any responsibility for any complications arising due to this.

7) The Author should understand that by sending entries to this Magazine, he/she confirms that the creation shall be the property of the Magazine “ALEEKPATA. COM” and that the creations shall be used by the Magazine as per their will.

8) The Author has to write as a freelancer, the Magazine does not promise to pay any remuneration what so ever, although it is up to the owners of the Magazine that they may announce any prize or remuneration time to time depending on the prevailing conditions at that time.

9) The Authors should understand that they have to abide by the above rules and any amendments of and additions to these set of rules -as may be published time to time.
